This is a fabulous Vintage Regency Revival dining set comprising a dining table and a set of ten swag back dining chairs, by William Tillman, 1975 in date. The table is made of stunning solid flame mahogany and is raised on twin "gun barrel" turned columns on quadruple swept sabre leg bases which are fitted with brass toes and castors. This table was purchased at great expense from the master cabinet maker William Tillman, Crouch Lane, Borough Green Kent in the 1970s. The table has two leaves which can be added or removed as required to suit the occasion. This makes it a versatile dining table which can comfortably seat up to ten people. The underside bears labels for William Tillman. The fantastic vintage set of ten superb swag back dining chairs, date from the second half of the 20th Century. Masterfully crafted in beautiful solid mahogany throughout, the finish and attention to detail on display are truly breathtaking. Comprising eight side chairs and two armchairs, all featurimg an attractive swag back design with 'drop in' seats that have been reupholstered in the finest claret damask. Provenance: The Estate of the Late Rufus Eyre. The botanical name for the mahogany these items are made of is Swietenia Macrophylla and this type of mahogany is not subject to cites regulation. Condition: In excellent condition the table and chairs having been beautifully cleaned, polished and waxed in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation. Si tratta di un favoloso set da pranzo Vintage Regency Revival composto da un tavolo da pranzo e da un set di dieci sedie con schienale a fasce, opera di William Tillman, datata 1975. Il tavolo è realizzato in splendido mogano massiccio a fiamma ed è sollevato su colonne gemelle tornite a "canna di fucile" su basi a quattro gambe a sciabola spazzate, dotate di puntali e rotelle in ottone. Questo tavolo è stato acquistato a caro prezzo dal maestro ebanista William Tillman, Crouch Lane, Borough Green Kent negli anni Settanta. Il tavolo è dotato di due ante che possono essere aggiunte o rimosse a seconda delle necessità. Questo lo rende un tavolo da pranzo versatile che può ospitare comodamente fino a dieci persone. Sul lato inferiore sono presenti le etichette di William Tillman. Il fantastico set d'epoca di dieci superbe sedie da pranzo con schienale a festoni risale alla seconda metà del XX secolo. Realizzate magistralmente in splendido mogano massiccio, le finiture e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono davvero mozzafiato. Composto da otto sedie laterali e due poltrone, tutte caratterizzate da un attraente design con schienale a balestra e sedili "a ribalta" che sono stati tappezzati nel miglior damasco chiaretto. Provenienza: Proprietà del defunto Rufus Eyre. Il nome botanico del mogano di cui sono fatti questi oggetti è Swietenia Macrophylla e questo tipo di mogano non è soggetto alla normativa cites. Condizioni: In ottime condizioni, il tavolo e le sedie sono stati ottimamente puliti, lucidati e cerati nei nostri laboratori, si prega di vedere le foto per conferma.
