Goldsmith's hallmark: AD and a woodcock Master silversmith: Alphonse Debain Inscribed on March 19, 1883 and crossed out on March 8, 1911, 79 rue du Temple, Paris. He is the grandson of the famous master goldsmith François-Alphonse Debain and succeeds the goldsmith Philippe Berthier by taking up the symbol of his hallmark “a woodcock”. They are in their original Berthe box. The weight of the 12 spoons is 393 grams. For the state, we report scratches, slight wear on the tips of the spoons. Note wear and friction on the case.
