Oil On Canvas Man With Golden Helmet By Arthur Midy D After Rembrandt This oil on canvas was made by Arthur Midy, it is a reproduction of the man with the golden helmet which has long been attributed to Rembrandt and disattributed in 1986. Arthur Midy was born in Saint Quentin in Yveline. From these twelve years, his talents as a painter are encouraged by the city, which grants him multiple prizes and awards, and will finance his training at the Beaux-Arts. At the same time, he will follow an artistic training at the Académie Julian in Paris. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1897 to 1928. It was at the age of 28 that he discovered Le Faouët, and that he learned about genre scenes and landscapes, abandoning historical or biblical subjects for which he was trained. From now on he will share his life between Paris and Le Faouët. It was made with great skill and the technique is very interesting, however it is in poor condition here are the defects, many frictions on the paint, cracks and gaps, you will notice three important holes. Olio su tela Man With Golden Helmet By Arthur Midy D After Rembrandt Questo olio su tela, realizzato da Arthur Midy, è una riproduzione dell'uomo con l'elmo d'oro, a lungo attribuito a Rembrandt e disattribuito nel 1986. Arthur Midy è nato a Saint Quentin in Yveline. A partire da questi dodici anni, il suo talento di pittore viene incoraggiato dalla città, che gli concede numerosi premi e riconoscimenti e finanzierà la sua formazione alle Beaux-Arts. Contemporaneamente, seguirà una formazione artistica all'Académie Julian di Parigi. Espone al Salon des Artistes Français dal 1897 al 1928.
